Conditions of sell
This site is reserved to normal purchaser. Breeder who have a VAT number can also order. In each case an invoice will be delivery. The fact to make an order obliges the purchaser to make the payment regarding this order.
Blacksugar Eshop (Denis Grard) will send a confirmation and acceptation of each order.
The articles are generaly in stock or available in a period of 3 to 10 days.If an article is missing, an email will be sent to the purchaser and this one can cancelled his order.
Each order will be followed by an invoice.
Currency
All our prices are in EURO and included VAT. The prices don't included the eventual cost of shipping and packaging. Those are mentionned at the end of the order. The payments are made as described in the page "Shipping & Returns"
Litiges
In case of litige, only the french text is considered. The only tribunal will be this of Tournai. We ask you to contact us first in case of problem as we will always try to find a friendly solution.
Guarantee
If you see a defectuosity, you must advertise us writely in the 10 days of the reception.We cannot be responsable for dammage occasioned by the shipping. Our refund will be limited at the price of the purchase.
